HOW DO I START GETTING LOADS?
To start getting loads from Dispatchional, you can send your details through filling them out on “contact us” form and our team members will get in touch with you within 24 hours and provide more information.
DO YOU ARRANGE THE SETUP?
Yes, once you provide all the necessary documents to your dispatcher, we are starting the setup process, which normally takes 1 business day.
SHOULD I PROVIDE MY MC NUMBER?
Yes, to start getting the loads from Dispatchional, we will need your MC number. We are following all the FMCSA regulations and keep transparent cooperation with our drivers.
WHAT TRUCKS YOU ARE WORKING WITH?
Dispatchional works with Dry vans, Reefers, Box trucks, Hotshots, Flatbed trucks, and Power only trucks.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
We are charging 6.5% per load. You can call us or send an email for more information about working with Dispatchional.
DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
No, we do not require any commitment or long-term obligations. You can refuse to work with us anytime, without any charges.
CAN I REFUSE TO TAKE THE LOAD?
Absolutely! Our dispatcher will find the most suitable loads for you. And in case you would like to decline any load, you are free to do so. Our goal is to find the exact match for your trucks.
HOW WILL I GET PAID?
We will help you with the invoicing without any extra charge. As you are getting the original rate confirmation from the broker, you will get paid directly from shippers/brokers.
WHAT IS FACTORING?
It can take up to 2 months to get the payment from the shippers/brokers. There are factoring companies who help you get the payment sooner. To find out more about factoring arrangements you can contact us.
