FAQ

How does the dispatch team find my freight?

The dispatch team works with trusted partner brokers to secure direct and dedicated freight, and also actively uses load boards to find, negotiate and book market-competitive loads for the carriers.

How am I getting paid for the loads completed?

Loads are either billed directly to brokers or factored through the carrier’s factoring company. The carrier receives payment from the brokerage or their factoring company, and after the payment is received, the carrier pays Dispatchional Inc. their commission.

What documents do I need to get started?

The necessary documents to get started are the carrier’s W9, MC/DOT Authority, and Certificate of Insurance. Additional documents may be requested by the dispatch team for specific loads.
